Training

Our course is based on the Beginning Medical Transcription course offered by HPI/SUM program (Systems Unit Method). Topics explored during the course are given below. Trainees will also gain skills in editing and proofing, and in the use of reference materials.
The training program consists of the following areas

Business Transcription

We do a variety of business transcription for a number of esteemed clients in the US and the UK. Proceedings of seminars, board room discussions, quarterly calls teleconferences etc. are the routine stuff that are sent to us for transcription. One global UK based company captures dictations made by their customers on cell phone on an anywhere, anytime basis, and we send transcripts of the same as an email within just 2 hours. These could come from a plane, an airport, a train, a bus or a car. And it may be about very serious subjects or just plain trivia, but they all get the same professional treatment from us. We count time in seconds.

Turnaround Time

About 4 to 12 hours.
We regularly get dictation in digital form over Internet at the close of office hours in US, which is daybreak for us. We send back the files within 3 to 4 hours to the client, and they get it the next morning. Clients can have the work returned the same day as we work 7x24 hrs throughout the year.
